In terms of Covid Cover, the policy is rated 'Superior', with medical expenses cover up to £10 million. There is also included cover for airline failure, as well as baggage cover up to £2500 and cancellation cover up to £5000. The excess payable on medical claims is not known. Unfortunately, the policy does not have a Fairer Finance Rating. Overall, Lloyds Bank's Retail Platinum Travel Insurance provides substantial coverage for a range of potential issues that may arise when travelling. However, the lack of a Fairer Finance Rating could be concerning for more cost-conscious travellers.
